My cousin who is a midwife recommended these as they are a very good “all rounder” option especially with the active folic acid and coQ10. I also take the iron & brain support at a different time of day to boost my iron.
Took these with my first pregnancy and was a no brainer to have them for my second. It gives me all the things we need to keep and give not only our body but baby the relevant things without requiring multiple different tablets.

Starting taking these supplements wanting to conceive after coming off the pill for 10* years. Have fallen pregnant in the first month and have felt these pills are a huge factor in the short time! These are easy to swallow and no yucky after taste, I have felt much better since taking these. Have now changed to the 1st trimester tablets, so hoping for more positive results!
